Recently with great curiosity, I listened to two 18xx podcasts. The first from our friends in the UK: The Train Rush, in which Craig and Joe share their impressions with 1836jr. This is still one of my favorite 18xx game. I played it over 30 times and it was really nice to hear why it is so special and what impressed the guys from England about it.
The second podcast is Wheel Tapping in which Tony, Chris and Nick talk about their favorite 18xx games, or rather their top 5 of them. This made me wonder how much diversity is in the perception of these games, how much the games we look at without any enthusiasm appeal to others and what is the reason for it. If I succeed, I would like to write a short column about it.

Ostatnio z dużą ciekawością przesłuchałem dwa osiemnastkowe podcasty, pierwszy od naszych przyjaciół z UK: The Train Rush, w którym Craig i Joe opowiadają o swoich wrażeniach po rozgrywkach w 1836jr. To ciągle jest jedna z moich ulubionych osiemnastek, zagrałem w nią ponad 30 razy i naprawdę miło było posłuchać, dlaczego ona jest taka wyjątkowa i co w niej zachwyciło chłopaków z Anglii.
Drugi podcast to Wheel Tapping w którym Tony, Chris i Nick opowiadają o ich ulubionych osiemnastkach, albo może raczej o ich top 5 najlepszych osiemnastek. To skłoniło mnie do zastanowienia jak bardzo duża jest różnorodność w odbiorze tych gier, jak bardzo gry, na które my patrzymy bez jakiegoś entuzjazmu podobają się innym i nad tym, co jest tego przyczyną. Jak mi się uda, to chciałbym napisać o tym jakiś krótki felieton.
