Changing an Order
If you need to change your order, send us an email. If the order is not shipped, we can change it for you.
Quality
All our printed products are handmade. We do everything to ensure that they are of the best quality. If there are missing pieces, we will send you them as soon as possible.
Shipping and Processing
We ship orders as soon as possible, but we ask for your understanding. This store is our additional occupation which we do in our free time, besides we have a normal job, family and hobby. If we do not answer right away, do not be upset, sometimes we can just be busy with life. Remember also about the time difference, our time is UTC + 01:00.
You are responsible for any customs and Duty charges for international shipments.
You can buy additional insurance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
Refunds/Returns
Custom printed orders may not be returned for any reason.
Tokens may be returned by the buyer within 30 days. A refund (minus real shipping cost) will be given once the items are received back.
