🎲 Our experience with the previous issue
From the last edition, we had the opportunity to play 18Ukraine and 18Solidarność, and we had a great time with both titles.
In particular, 18Solidarność felt especially well crafted. What stood out to us were the clever design ideas tied directly to Polish history — especially the period representing Poland under Soviet communism. During this phase of the game, the stock market is frozen and companies build for free. It’s a very interesting mechanism that reflects real-world conditions surprisingly well.
It’s always exciting to see new historical and mechanical ideas added to the Poland map, and this one really caught our attention.
