We strive to send your package as soon as possible. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will update original article here.
Currently, all orders have a processing time of 1–2 days. - UPS Shipping to US/Canada/UK
We have temporarily removed this shipping option from our shop due to changes in the Customs Office reporting systems for the European Union (effective October 31).
Making this adjustment during Parcel Peak Season has caused significant delays (+2 weeks) for UPS shipments. To avoid paying extra for delayed packages, we have disabled this option.
We are monitoring the situation closely and hope to restore this service by the end of the sale. - Shipping to Canada
As you may know, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers has not reached an agreement with Canada Post and is currently on strike (as of November 10).
The strike has escalated to a nationwide stoppage, meaning no parcels will be processed or delivered through the Canada Post system until further notice.
Therefore, all our packages to Canada will be held until delivery becomes possible.:
We are working hard to enable payments in Polish Zloty (PLN) to make transactions easier for our customers here in Poland. We hope to introduce this option soon. - Changing Currency Options
Don’t forget that you can change the currency to EUR/GBP/PLN using the option at the top-right corner of the shop page. After selecting your currency, additional payment options may also become available. We are working hard to enable payments in Polish Zloty (PLN) via the BLIK system to make transactions easier for our customers in Poland. We hope to introduce this feature soon.
