I think 18xx videos are never enough. Especially with such a large box like the one with 1861/67, it is worth seeing in advance how others coped with sticking and putting everything into trays. Joe Leone presents what to do in an extraordinary way to keep everything functional and ready to play. Also, in this video you can see one trick that Joe did with the trays to get the track tiles from it easly. I recommend watching it:
