GMT released “near-final” box art and main game board art for 1848 on their latest newsletter. What do you think about it? The map has big changes compared to the original. I personally like the map, although the border between the regions could be more marked.

I like the new map! And the quality of the games I have received from GMT lately have been just excellent so I am looking forward to this one! Let’s just hope that they make these tiles a little bit thinner. I do not like to play with bricks.
